I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the Garden Studio. The small kitchen made morning coffee easy and fresh milk right from reception was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the informative folder outlining local excursions and walks was very helpful. The location felt peaceful, with a pleasant 10-minute walk along the beautiful waterfront into Paihia. a missing chair in the bathroom would have made dressing much easier. a rail in the shower could greatly assist elderly guests. Service was fantastic. Penny was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay.

Awesome view from the balcony!

We spent one night in the Sea View Studio with Spa. The sunset view from the balcony was stunning! The room was comfy, and we loved having in-room breakfast with freshly ground coffee. Only thing is that the bathroom could use a little sprucing up. Overall a nice spot for a short getaway with super friendly staff!

We received an incredibly warm welcome from Penny, who made us feel right at home from the start. The spaciousness of our garden suite allowed for comfort, especially with the well-equipped kitchenette that added convenience to our mornings. The location provided a lovely garden view, making our walks into town particularly enjoyable!

We spent an incredible family getaway, enjoying the stunning Bay of Islands from the water with Carino Wildlife Cruises. The facilities were clean and modern, and the welcoming staff made sure we felt right at home. Plus, the kids loved having free access to the outdoor pool!

My wife says that the bathroom could use a fan.
